Not to rain on the Chinese New Year parade, but an environmental watchdog reported toxic materials in some charms and ornaments two days before Chinese New Year rolls along on Monday. Ironically, with 2012 being the Year of the Water Dragon, the highest volume of lead was found in dragon figurines.
